1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to eclbet9, an online sports betting and casino platform operating under a valid international gaming licence. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the eclbet9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and eclbet9 ("Company", "We"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the eclbet9 platform immediately.

2Membership Eligibility

To register for and use eclbet9's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are registering as an individual for personal use only, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online betting or where the use of eclbet9's services is in violation of local laws.
• You have not previously had an account closed or banned by eclbet9 for fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity.
• You are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme or betting limit scheme that restricts access to the platform.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) eclbet9 account only. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

When registering, you are required to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address.
• Keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone. eclbet9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur by contacting the eclbet9 support team.

Eclbet9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer), including copies of your ID, utility bills, or other relevant documents, prior to processing withdrawals or activating certain bonuses. The KYC process is in place to protect the security of your account.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Eclbet9 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of local players. All financial transactions are processed through systems encrypted to the highest security standards.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

Funds held in your eclbet9 account do not earn interest. eclbet9 does not use player funds for business purposes, and keeps all player funds in fully protected, segregated accounts.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Eclbet9 offers a variety of promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

General Bonus Terms Applicable to All eclbet9 Promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirement must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• The eclbet9 welcome bonus cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Eclbet9 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
• The maximum bet limit while a bonus is active is RM 50 per bet unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• The bonus expiry period is 30 days from the credit date unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses within this period will expire and cannot be recovered.

6General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the eclbet9 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the eclbet9 system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• Eclbet9 reserves the right to void or suspend bets under exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors, system disruptions, incorrect odds data, or suspected fraud.
• In cases of significant odds errors (odds that are clearly unrealistic compared to the market), eclbet9 reserves the right to void the affected bets even after the match has concluded.
• For sports betting on events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton tournaments, or esports like MPL Malaysia — the specific rules for each sport apply and can be found in the respective sports rules section.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and the member's VIP tier. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

For live casino games such as Live Baccarat, Poker, and other Live Casino titles, the game rules displayed during the session apply. The dealer's decision is final in all circumstances.

7VIP Programme & Loyalty Rewards

The eclbet9 VIP Programme offers 5 membership tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Enrolment is free and automatic for all registered members.

• VIP points are calculated based on total monthly wagering, not on wins or losses. Point accumulation rates vary by game type.
• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday based on net losses from the preceding 7 days. Cashback is paid in cash and subject to a minimum rollover requirement that varies by VIP tier.
• VIP levels are reviewed monthly. eclbet9 reserves the right to adjust your VIP level based on current activity without prior notice.
• VIP rewards — including birthday bonuses, priority withdrawals, and exclusive table access — are available only to eligible tiers and are subject to account activity requirements.
• Eclbet9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme at any time with a minimum of 30 days' notice to affected members.

8Inactive (Dormant) Accounts

An eclbet9 account that shows no activity — deposits, bets, or withdrawals — for 12 consecutive months will be classified as "Dormant".

The following will apply to inactive accounts:

• Eclbet9 will send a reminder notification to the registered email address 30 days before an account is classified as inactive.
• Once classified as inactive, a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 will be charged monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• This fee will not be charged if the account balance is zero.
• To reactivate an account, players simply need to log in and perform any activity, such as making a deposit or placing a bet.

9Fraud, Money Laundering & Security

Eclbet9 has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and money laundering. All activity on our platform is monitored around the clock by a sophisticated fraud detection system operating 24/7.

The following activities are considered serious violations that may result in immediate account closure and a report to the relevant authorities:

• Use of stolen or unauthorised credit or debit cards.
• Use of a false identity or manipulated verification documents.
• Software manipulation, the use of automated bots, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Player collusion in poker or live table games to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Using the eclbet9 platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

10Liability Limitations & Disclaimer

Eclbet9 strives to keep our platform running smoothly and without interruption at all times. However, there are certain limits to our liability:

• Eclbet9 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Eclbet9 is not responsible for in-game losses — wins and losses are risks accepted by players when they place their bets.
• All information on the eclbet9 platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness.
• Eclbet9's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount actually deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Players agree that use of the eclbet9 platform is entirely at their own risk and will not bring any legal claims against eclbet9 for gaming-related losses.

11Account Closure & Suspension

A player's account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Upon player request: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting eclbet9 customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.
• By eclbet9: We reserve the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or valid security concerns.
• Self-exclusion programme: Players who enrol in the self-exclusion programme through the Responsible Gaming will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, as per their preference.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, eclbet9 reserves the right to withhold the account balance as a protective measure pending investigation. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be returned to the player.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Eclbet9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes through:

• In-platform notifications on the eclbet9 platform when a player logs in
• Email to the player's registered address
• Announcements on the eclbet9 website homepage

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the eclbet9 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where eclbet9's licence is issued. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a recognised arbitration body.
